Colombian Breakfast for 26 people

Plantain Spiders

White Farmer´s Cheese
A large breakfast for all of us 26 was prepared on the Panamanian National Holiday Weekend.
We sat around a large table and enjoyed the best and crispiest chicharrones cut into small dice and served over Arañitas or grated and fried green plantain, and white farmer´s cheese.
I think I had about six before I was able to stop!
