Cooking Class for Casita de Mausi





A look into healthy food was the theme for the class I gave today to raise funds for Casita de Mausi, a housing place for cancer patients who can not afford to stay in the city during treatment.

We prepared a pre-thanksgiving menu that included a turkey breast with curry cumin sauce, brown rice with candied ginger and scallions, baby potato salad with yogurt and vinegar dressing, mushrooms with onions and a sorbet of frozen berries!!!
