Langosta Panameña


La exquisita langosta del Caribe
Panameño la preparé esta semana con uno de mis ingredientes favoritos, el aguacate!

En una rica y simple ensalada nos dimos el gusto de deleitar nuestro paladar.
En las islas caribeñas cocinamos la langosta en agua de mar unicamente, pero aqui en casa hemos hecho un caldo de ramas de cebolla y hierbas aromáticas para cocinarle suavemente y degustarla lo mas pura posible.
