Le Bouchon at the Grove

I was at Bouchon restaurant in Coconut Grove. The place has a wonderful atmosphere. We arrived in very casual ware as we had been out at sea and recieved a very nice welcome. Someone’s birthday was being celebrated at the time and music was on people were singing at it just seemed great. As we had some wine and bread we saw the Gallo (iron cock) sitting in the middle of the tale right in front of us. Oh I wanted one like that for my dining table!

We orderes moules, foies gras, red and yellow tomato salad with shrimp, chicken fricasse with morrels and pan seared seabass with basil sauce. The food was great, the service fantastic and we went home feeling like we’d been to a real french place at St German de Pres.
