taco Shell pack
wraps
2 sweet potatoes
2 baking potatoes
2 red potatoes
1 cup rice
1 mostaza Dijon
1 mostaza cranberry
1huevo
1 brócoli
1 espárrago
1 repollo rojo
1 lata peq maíz en grano
1 plátano
1 aguacate

 
1.     Fríjoles, c arroz y ensalada, hombres le pones mas arroz
2.     Tacos, carne molida, picadillo, frijoles licuados, hombres le pones los tacos
3.     Pollo sudado c ensalada……hombres le pones la papa
4.     Hamburguesa, aguacate, y ensalada hombres le pones el pan
5.     Lentejas, carne molida, picadillo, plátano ASADO, hombres le pones tortillas
