Very very thinly sliced and with a delicious sauce made with ginger jelly rum and soy sauce.
Try microwaving 1/2 cup ginger jelly
2 tablespoons dark rum
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Simply dip each slice in a tiny bit of sauce so you taste the powerfully pure flavor of this great fish.
