Paella Glenda Style

Paella at the beach!

Three large pots of paella were given to us at this great lunch. Glenda had to use all sorts of pots in order to get us all fed!
A mixture of sausages, chicken, pork, peppers, eggplant,  seasonings as well as good olive oil were mixed with the rice to create a delicious, aromatic and perfectly cooked paella.
