Yellowfin Tuna Tartare

Yellowfin Tuna we fished in the Panamanian Pacific!!!!

I made a sauce with 

1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon dark sesame seeds
1/2 tesaspoon dark sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
mixed it and took it in a ziploc bag…
when the tuna was cleaned and I had four beautiful red filets I sliced them thin and added this….
taste it when you can it is absolutely scrumptious!
