Langosta y Palmitos Frescos, Lobster and Fresh Hearts of Palm

Un asado de Langosta y Palmitos fresco!!!

Wow que delicia, acompañados de pan francés y aceite de oliva. Este fué un asado al que estuvimos invitados con la tia Ilo. Además de ofrecernos tremendo menú, los preparó ella misma de una manera muy sencilla, un poco de aceite de oliva, sal gruesa y pimienta. No se necesitaba nada mas.
Grilled lobster tails and hearts of palm!

Summer is almost here… we celebrate being together with an evening grill of fresh lobster tails and fresh hearts of palm. Aunt Ilo dressed them with a drizzle of olive oil, Kosher salt and pepper. This was all that was needed to enjoy these very fresh foods and some good French Bread.
