Lomo al trapo, best bbq filet at sea
Lomo al trapo is the best way to prepare beef filet at sea. Wrap it in a heavily sea salted all cotton cloth with herbs, garlic and pepper and tie it with twine. Then place in a barbeque with very hot coals and cook it covered for 7 minutes per side. Open up the charcoaled cloth and taste the very best beef ever.
