MANGO

Enjoy it before the end of the mango season…

It is the end of the mango seas
on and I already miss that soon we won´t have all the red, plump and juicy mangoes on the Panamanian streets. Before they are gone remember to add them to you favorite salads, curries, smoothies and just savor them with a little bit of salt and lime juice as is in the picture. Add it in all of its varieties as well as in its various stages of ripeness.

to biche o verde como pintón.
