Red Snapper


Prepare your red snapper the way we do at sea.

Simply make three slits on each side,  of the cleaned fish. Slice a lime. Place the lime slices in the center of the fish and sprinkle some more on top of it .   Salt and pepper the fish inside and out, and grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side for a small fish.
Enjoy this wonderful tasting fish with its natural flavor.
