Sabor Barranquilla

Sabor Barranquilla

Next week my hometown will be hosting a gathering of chefs to teach cooking classes and conferences about gastronomy of the Caribbean. The event´s objective is to show the diversity of our food and to offer people the opportunity to learn about it. There will be forums to exchange knowledge that includes chefs, producers, schools and anthropologists. Former Vice-President and journalist Gustavo Bell will be attending too.
