From New Zealand




Our friends from New Zealand were treated to a Lomo al Trapo, my style this week after a visit to the Panama Canal and a swim on a very sunny and hot day. We had a great time and a family style dinner.

Nuestros amigos de Nueva Zelanda vinieron a casa a compartir mi receta de Lomo al Trapo luego de una visita al Canal de Panamá y una zambullida a la piscina en una tarde soleada y caliente. Fué una velada muy agradable.
