Tostones, Patacones, Fried Green Plantains

Los Tostones o Patacones de paquete!Bold

En este caso, este producto es igual o mejor que el preparado en casa… Bueno por lo menos de exelente calidad. Estos tostones se pueden servir con ajíes de varias clases como el Ají Valluno, o el Ají de Aguacate. Hace tres años llevé a una presentación que hice en Seattle Washington, USA suficientes para 200 personas… allí les dimos para probar y porsupuesto la receta para los que los quieran preparar en casa. Felicitaciones a priductos CHEVA por ofrecernos estos rico patacones.

This is one of the few times where a packaged product is almost as good or better than the home made one… really they are very good. But you can make them at home too. Follow this recipe for tostones or patacones and press them really thin in the second step after the first frying. Serve them with Ají Valluno and Picadillo or Avocado Ají and give them to guests to enjoy. Congratulations to CHEVA product for this great Toston.
